課程概述 |
The course introduces basic theory and application of probability and statistics for students. Various engineering examples are employed to make students understand the essence of the course. |

課程目標 |
Students understand the principles of probability and statistics and their applications in engineering.
學生能瞭解
1.統計(Statistics)的內涵與其在工程上的應用。
2.隨機變數(Random Variables)的意義與其機率分配(Probability Distributions)。
3.隨機變數的數學期望值(Mathematical Expectation)與其計算。
4.隨機抽樣(Random Sampling)的方法與應用。
5.統計估計(Estimation)的方法與應用。
6.假設檢定(Tests of Hypotheses)的方法與應用。
7.迴歸分析(Regression Analysis)的方法與應用。
8.因子實驗(Factorial Experiment)的方法與應用。
